East Oakland Community Development Corporation (EOCDC) is a non-profit community development organization with more than 35 years of experience in building neighborhoods and communities throughout Oakland. Through delivering essential services and activating resident engagement, EOCDC has been successful in building board awareness of the disparities that exist in communities of color.
EOCDC in partnership has brought valuable affordable housing and resident services to our most marginalized communities. Through thoughtful and directed approaches we work with community stakeholders to address the most pressing needs of residents. Our goal is to create self-sustaining neighborhoods with residents directing their own destiny.
