What We Do
EOCDC provides our residents with education and opportunities to build wealth and self-sufficiency. By providing social services, community engagement opportunities, and promoting financial prosperity EOCDC's will address the social conditions impacting Oakland residents.
EOCDC develops affordable housing projects in Oakland. In addition to building affordable housing we advocate and look for ways to build wealth through ownership.
